How to arrive to Cajon del Maipo by car
You need to take these ways to arrive to Cajon del Maipo by car:
If you come from town center (Santiago), you have to take Vicuña Mackenna avenue and turn in Departamental avenue to the west up to La Florida avenue. Then you have to proceed towards the south until you are in Camino al Volcán (the way to the volcano) and stop in the locality of your destination.
If you come from western Santiago, you have two options. One of them is Americo Vespucio avenue. If you come from the highway, find the exit Las Torres and turn to the west in Departamental avenue up to La Florida avenue. Then turn to the south and go ahead until you are in Camino al Volcán (the way to the volcano) and stop in the locality of your destination.
The other option es by Macul avenue, proceed until crossing Americo Vespucio avenue where Macul avenue changes its name to La Florida avenue. Proceed towards the south until you are in Camino al Volcán (the way to the volcano) and stop in the locality of your destination.
If you come from Puente Alto Square, take Concha y Toro avenue to the south until you are in Arturo Prat street and go left. Then at Balmaceda street turn again to the left and take Eyzaguirre avenue turn to the right and proceed until you are in Camino al Volcán (the way to the volcano). |

How to arrive to Cajon del Maipo by others transportation means
At subway station Bellavista La Florida (Line 5), go to the intercity bus transfer and take Metrobus N° 72 towards San Jose’s Central Square.
Another option is to get off at Las Mercedes (Line 4) subway station, then find the eastern exit to Vicuña Mackenna and take the colectivo (taxicab which has an established route) to Cajon del Maipo or the Metrobus N° 72 towards San Jose’s Central Square.
How to arrive to Baños Morales by others transportation means
From January 1st to the first week of March, from Mondays to Sundays, at 8.30, you have to take the Metrobus N° 72 at Bellavista La Florida subway station towards Baños Morales.
In winter all trips by this mean of transportation are suspended.
From December 15th to December 31st you can use this bus (Metrobus N° 72) only Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at 8.30. The return is at 18.30, from Baños Morales.
